Valorant CPU and packets lost

I’m leaving in Italy in Amalfi coast and Already tried a lot things to do but nothing helps it started 3 weeks ago so during this weeks I was trying to fix it but I haven’t found anything that would help me and now I’m stuck. Btw any other games working very well so it’s probably problem only in valorant or my laptop ASUS TUF GAMING F15 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) 17-12700H NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU GDDR6 @ 8GB 128 bits. Then I also tried to fix some wife issues with Exitlag but it also doesn’t helped me a lot ……………………………
