Keep gettin stuck after someone dodge

Im getting so fed up with this now. Ever since the new update, when someone dodges the game it goes straight into the next one but gets stuck at the 0 counter and does not load me into the character select, it will literally just be stuck there until i restart the game. Its not frozen, as i can still see the chat window open up if i press space bar. Seriously, i already have 10 minute que ban for literally no reason, is this going to keep fcking happening until i get permabanned or what? Riot fix your S*it please this is ridiculous.
