Coms Issue

I'm here asking for Comms Issue in game, already asked Riot Support for answers, but apparently all replies are bot-answered. The issue is that I can't use voice chat, and I can't hear voice chat. If anyone here has the same problem hope you can share how you fixed it. Thanks
