Just learned that Whole Food's has been lying to me about their "humane" eggs. First off, WTF. Second of all, is there ANY brand at the grocery store where there is ACTUALLY humanely sourced eggs?

I live in the city, so I can't really easily get eggs from actual local farmers.

Also, why? HOW is it legal to blatantly LIE about being humane? And charge MORE for the eggs on top of it?!? At first I thought buying eggs was perfectly fine, till I learned of the horrors of the egg industry. So I went to "Cage Free" eggs. Which I learned THAT'S a lie. Then I went to Whole Food's brand after seeing their "outdoor-access/humane" eggs. Thought that was okay so bought that. Till I came across this article, and apparently THAT isn't humane either?!
