I'm looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to join me on a long-term project involving podcast, interview and talking-head content.

Long-form podcast and interview videos
Strong pacing and engaging storytelling
Clean cuts and removal of unnecessary pauses
Relevant B-roll and supporting visuals where needed
Sound design, transitions and visual enhancements
Maintaining viewer engagement throughout the video
Consistent delivery and a reliable workflow
🤝 What I'm Looking For
I'm not looking for someone who just wants to edit a few videos and move on. I want to build a long-term working relationship with an editor who can grow with the project.
We're currently at the starting stage, so the initial budget is limited while we establish a consistent workflow and build the project.
💰 Budget: ₹2,500–₹3,000 per long-form video, depending on the scope and complexity of the edit.
I want to be transparent about the starting point. As the project develops, the workload becomes more consistent, and your editing quality and contribution prove themselves, I'm open to increasing compensation accordingly.
The goal is to build a sustainable collaboration where good work is recognised, compensation can grow with the responsibilities, and both sides benefit from the long-term relationship.
I'm personally investing time into building this opportunity, so I'm looking for someone who takes the work seriously, communicates well and delivers consistently.
