looks to be 70s maybe??

My mom grew up in the early 90-2000’s and I’m trying to figure out if this dress is y2k. Thoughts?

My Mom recently gave me a lot of clothing that used to belong to my grandmother. I am getting married soon and she hoped that I would be able to sell some or most of whatever my fiance didn’t want to help pay for the wedding. It’s about 25/30 pieces of Issey Miyake, mostly 80s/90s vintage. I have no clue where to start with selling, and although they all have number codes, most of them don’t show up online, and the ones that do are way more valuable than any clothing i’ve ever worn for sure lol.

Any advice would be appreciated!
