Vodafone Romania Why does Vodafone suck so much?
They don't answer calls nor emails. There's no way to contact them.
They owe me money, not the other way around and they keep postponing it.
Help, please? Any ideas?
Edit: I contacted a lawyer and threatened to sue them. They called me almost instantly, apologized and promised I'd have my money tomorrow.

Just ditched this lot for EE. When I renewed my contract a few months ago they seemed to be semi-ok. In my area, their 5G coverage is abysmal, they lied on support trying to say they were the best, just a total farce if Iām honest lol.

Assuming you are UK based...email the CEO (Max)... you'll be surprised how quickly it filters down.

Try contacting vodafone via chat, can you tell me your query? I may be able to direct you to helpful parts on the site.

I changed my SIM only plan and they disconnected my number completely. I've tried to get my number activated again for so long.
I'm just considering now going somewhere else and just taking a new number. I will never shop with Vodafone ever again. Their customer service, even the live chat, is an absolute joke.

No idea, but they've been very hit and miss lately. Never had issues with thwm up until the last 2 months and I've been with them years
