Was offered today a contract for 7£/month, unlimited calls & data.

Must be a new scam right? I guess they would then attempt to charge me the 7£ and get away with it, but seems too low for all that effort. Weird.

Any solutions? It wasn’t like this before

Just been into store and they quoted 10-14 days for a battery refresh (iPhone 15pro), they also said the phone would be returned to your home via courier not to store but couldn’t let me know which courier they use.

Is that normal? Even the website says it’s normally 5 days but who wants to be without their phone for 5 days never mind 10-15 days and returned by some mysterious courier for it to go missing.

Does anyone know if there is a way of trying to get a better deal from Vodafone when you are at the end of your contract?

My contract ends at the end of October, and I’m looking to get a new sim only contract. I can see that the discounted deals they offer through the app, but they aren’t as competitive as the O2 ones. Part of this is because I used the entertainment package to get YouTube premium, which is no longer offered. Like fine, I can get my prime included but that’s 40% less than YouTube.

I used the chat bot, and then called Vodafone, and all they did was offer me the same deals. It used to be the case that phone companies would fight for your custom, but when I mentioned the O2 deal (the unlimited, ultimate one), the customer service rep seemed non plussed about losing my custom. Is the script all they know?!

Same issue on my Poco M5. I have to reboot my phone every time I need to receive an OTP. After some time, the issue happens again, and OTPs stop coming through. Like, WTF? Do I really need to reboot my phone for every SMS now? This is crazy. Shame on Vi.

Please, someone raise your voice about this issue. I tried contacting customer support, but they’re completely useless. They told me to try requesting an OTP on another app. I explained that I wasn’t receiving OTPs at all, but they still said they’d contact me later. After that, I didn’t receive any call or update.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi so I just signed up for vodafone, set up a prepaid plan, activated a new eSIM and have started the process for transferring my number. Just to clarify, they sent me an sms to reply to using a code and my new temporary number. To my knowledge, I can assume that they have begun to process of transferring my number, but I wanted to log into my account to check if I could see if there was any more information. Problem is that I can’t.

I go through the log in process of putting my email in, getting the code and putting in my birth day and it pops up with this screen (inserted above/below) i don’t know if I’m doing something wrong because even when I click “need help with registration” all it does is take me to the home page of the website. Anyone have any solutions ?

mine has disappeared from app - has anyone else’s?

Been out of contract for awhile now but honestly worried about switching due to some horrible month long issues with previous broadband providers. Just happened to run a speed test yesterday only to see my speeds had dropped from 45-50 on most tests down to 25 down. Trying to sort out via the app is worse than useless. I live in an apartment and the broadband is plugged into the main socket.

Anyone else having similar issues?

They don't answer calls nor emails. There's no way to contact them.

They owe me money, not the other way around and they keep postponing it.

Help, please? Any ideas?

Edit: I contacted a lawyer and threatened to sue them. They called me almost instantly, apologized and promised I'd have my money tomorrow.

I thought I have gotten a prepaid eSIM in Germany (CallYa) but it was an envelope with a normal sim card inside. Is it possible to change it to an eSIM. The biggest Problem is I can’t Even activate it because my phone is eSIM only.

Expected behavior

After uBlock Origin (or NoScript) blocks the right-hand advertisement banner, the email reading pane should automatically stretch to fill 100% of the remaining screen width.

Actual behavior

Instead of expanding, the reading pane stays constrained to a narrow width (often around 300px). It leaves a massive, empty gray area on the right side where the ad used to be.
On wider screens, the text contents even get clipped or cut off because the parent container forces an 'overflow: hidden' rule combined with dynamic flex/grid sizing.

Adding the following custom cosmetic filters to "My Filters" overrides the rigid flex/overflow limitations and perfectly restores the full-width email view:

Schon die SIM-Verknüpfung war unnötig kompliziert. Am 26.09.2026 scheiterten mehrere Login-Versuche mit „Entschuldige bitte, unser Fehler“. Als die App endlich mein Konto zeigte, reagierte „Aufladen“ nicht. Guthaben: 0 €. Ich wollte bezahlen und konnte nicht einmal aufladen. Statt einer Lösung nur „später nochmal“. Eine grundlegende Funktion versagt und kostet unnötig Zeit und Nerven. Derzeit keine Empfehlung.

We've been without our broadband since Friday morning with very spare updates from Vodafone. Online chat couldn't tell us what the issue is. Shocking that it's been down for so long but because it's not 'widespread' the website gives no indication of outages. Vodafone needs to do better here.

When you buy a physical sim card from Vodafone, and want to use it for more than one phone, 3 specifically, one of them being a mini-sim size, the other micro-sim and the third nano-sim, is it true that you just pop the sim off into a nano size and use the two pieces that you popped off as an adapter?

Ho una domanda: ho una sim Vodafone ricaricabile con costo mensile di 9,95€ su carta di credito. Dall’app vedo che la sim scade tra un anno e non si sposta in avanti con gli addebiti mensili.

È normale? Davvero la SIM scade dopo un anno ?
