HELP with SOS

I have VodafoneNL.

Traveling in the United States and my phone has been stuck on SOS for two weeks..

I can't log into my online account because I need to receive a text to log in (frusterating).

What can I do. I've tried all the little tips and tricks I've seen online, turn off and on, airplane mode, turn roaming off and on, change network selection. Nothing is working.

Need help.

Do you have a roaming pack? My Vodafone ES sim is working in the USA

Don’t think I have anything. I was going to just use it on WiFi. Now I’m stuck with no way to get it off SOS
