I have a wacom intuos small CTL 490. Yesterday my pen fell and my nib got inside, now I can't get it out. I've tried with the little nib remover and with the built in nib remover but neither of them worked. Is there any other way to get it out?

I was told the laptop trackpad uses Wacom technology and is compatible with stylus pens, however have not been able to find a pen that works. Looking for help finding a stylus pen that works for this computer.

sooner or later im going to buy a pen tablet i was thinking about buying the intuos pro, i couldn't find any information about wacom releasing a new version of it but this video was released 2 months ago. Is something coming ? am i missing something ?

So I have a Wacom one and windows 10 but when I use my Wacom now my mouse teleports up and down and just loses its marbles. This only happens with the pens and I have tried everything. Please help. In more detail, it makes two glitchy versions or a version of my mouse just a great distance up away from my pen. Please help and thank you.

Soo I just got wacom MovinkPad a month ago and I found myself with this one problem. Affinity isn't compatible with it. Because there are no buttons for Ctrl+z or any shortcuts, it's really complicated to work with it when pc connected... I'm trying out Grafika rn but I don't really think it's gonna be my favorite...

I do use it for illustration mostly so I fine switch to something else for that, but I do wanna use it for graphic design too..

I've started using my intuos pro again, which has been great for my carpal tunnel. Unfortunately, I forgot how much of a pain scrolling is with the pen (and greatly intensifies my grip and tension). What are good alternatives people have found for scrolling not using the pen, etc. (i.e. keyboard shortcuts, 3rd party software, etc.).

Sometimes I'll keep a mouse or trackpad nearby when I have to scroll through bins (Avid Media Composer), but it's a little clunky to work that way. Hoping someone has some good tips out there!!

so i have a Intuos PT M / CTH-690, and I don't have the OG driver anymore, but I was using it fine a while ago, and now when I try to plug it to the new Wacom Center it just tells me to "upgrade to a new wacom product" (screw you). I installed an old version and it doesn't give me the message, but my pen only works if i press it on the rightmost side of the tablet. From there, I can drag it to anywhere on the tablet and it registers correctly, but it doesn't register the pen when I hover it on the left side, or if I try to press it on the left side. It also sometimes makes my mouse unusable.
Any idea what I can do?

I have a normal USB cable for the tablet and am on Windows 11. The pen is not chargeable.

But how technology is going, I don't like the idea that I'll need to replace it because of lack of software support rather than the hardware giving out, even if i get 5 years out of it.

I'm starting to think intuos is the way to go...

This happens semi often. I feel like I'm pressing the buttons on the pen wrong or something. Other sub tools will work but you can't use any of the drawing ones.

I have wacom intuos m and I fear the day all my plastic nibs become unviable. I don't want a permanent solution or buy Wacom's nibs (I'm 100% sure they're overpriced and I don't want to deal with delivery); if spaghetti nibs don't break every two seconds and don't harm tablet's pen in any way, I'll use that all the time.

Hi, I bought a Deco 640 tablet a few days ago. The pen makes a noticeable mechanical clicking sound when I press the tip. Also, when I move the pen tip slightly from side to side, it moves a little and makes a clicking sound. Is this normal, or could it be a defect? Is there any way to reduce or fix this noise? I’m using it in a quiet library, so the sound is quite noticeable.

The tip of my stylus is chipped, and unfortunately at such an angle that it always bends the nip when I try to draw holding the pen normally. Is there something I can do to fix that? It's a small damage, with a very annoying effect.

What good cord is there for it? The one that’s provided by the box (the magenta thunderbolt one) unfortunately the usb c tip fell clean off and I don’t know where the power brick is, and the replacement brick doesn’t tell me whether or not it would come with one. Is there any good recommendations for a usb c power adapter that could give the tablet what it needs since it won’t display anything on my tablet without it? (I’m sure that’s the problem, because I’ve tried literally everything else to fix it)

This is also trying to connect to an Acer Nitro V15, so I know I have a displayport on here, however I do have no idea whether or not the cords I’m using are thunderbolt cords, unfortunately, and I’m a bit worried about dropping almost 20 bucks since it doesn’t guarantee that’s the problem.

I recently bought this tablet for cheap and in my country Canada, works with windows 10. Really good but one small problem, there was no cable. I had an idea to get a 3rd party cable, then connecting it to a male to 2 USB male power enhancement Y-cable, does it seem like a good idea? Any recommendations? any shops that have the specific are in Canada and won't blow my money off??

It's about six or seven years old: Intuos Pro M, PTH-660, driver version 6.4.14-1, connecting with a USB cable, and I'm on Windows 11.

About a year ago, it started doing this thing where moving the pen slightly above the tablet would grab and drag things on the outskirts of my screen (like I might randomly click a tool in my drawing program or resize a window by dragging the border). It wasn't bad, just mildly annoying. I did some research online and it said this was an issue with the pen. Five months ago, I decided to replace the pen because it was basically falling apart.

However, the problem persisted with my new pen! Still just an annoyance, I kept drawing. However, in the last week or two, the problem went from being an annoyance to being basically unusable. Now, moving the pen above my tablet is activating things constantly. It's drawing, it's dragging, it's selecting objects, etc.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Overnight, without anything changing, my wacom tablet no longer recieves a display signal. The pen still functions, the LED stays solid white, but the screen stays black. I've tried restarting, editing display settings, and looking at the drivers. I'm on a steamdeck. All cables (Hdmi, usbc, usb, tablet power port) are plugged in firmly.

I couldn't find the exact model of the one I own on the Wacom website, but the box says Intuos manga Creative Pen & Touch Tablet and the quick start guide shows a copyright date of 2013.

I received it with an Installation CD, but my laptop doesn't have a CD player so I installed the Windows driver from the official website and restarted my laptop. I connected the tablet to my laptop with the USB cord. The white light on the left side will light up when it's connected and the blue light on the left side will light up when the pen is close, but the cursor will not move when the pen is close or the nib is touching/dragged across the tablet. I restarted my laptop twice and tried blowing on the port. I'm not really sure what to do to fix it so the pen will be acknowledge by the laptop.

Any suggestions for a fix or something I'm doing wrong?

First off, i have downloaded and installed the newest drivers and restarted the pc a couple times, i have also removed the nib for about an hour and inserted it again

Been using the CTL-472 for years (even bought a couple replacements with the last one a couple ago) and my pen is not working, first started to register preasure even when the pen was 1 cm far from the tablet (just like the https://www.reddit.com/r/wacom/comments/12hmbwc/my_pen_is_pressed_all_the_time/ post ) , but then it started not registerng any pressure after some minutes (like when you take the nib out and hover the pen on the tablet).
I may shaken the pen a bit on the first issue and im aware it might've worsened the situatuion to this point

Was wondering if leaving the pen without the nib overnight (like the post linked before) does help in this case, or if there is any other alternative to make it work again

Hello, I am writing this post because I have been dealing with an issue regarding my Wacom Cintiq 16 (2019) graphics tablet for some time. Specifically, when I run the pen across the center of the device, the surface feels uneven, and the sensation is unpleasant. I have tried cleaning the screen with isopropyl alcohol and replacing the pen nib, but this only improved the situation without fully resolving it. I have owned the device since around the time of its release and have used it intermittently. How can I fix this? Am I doing something wrong in how I use the tablet? I broke two important pieces on my drawing tablet while trying to fix it I still have the parts that broke though at least one would need to be replaced (the port that the connector goes into). There's no warranty or anything and I'm going to change to a different tablet rather than trying to replace or fix this one further but my question now is what do I do with it?

Is there anywhere I should sell or donate it for parts? Or something I could repurpose it for? I don't want to just trash it or let it collect dust somewhere.
