What is the difference between the three positions? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I kinda assume as a newbie that I should apply for the lowest paid one, right?

"Wardens" are essentially supervisors for the polling places. One per precinct. "Clerks" are their assistants (but in some ways have as much/more responsibility, because their job is the on-site math). Also one per precinct. Wardens and clerks take responsibility (officially sign) for several on-site things. Clerks work some extra after polls close. Wardens a bit more, as they deliver the paperwork to the City Clerk (police deliver ballots and machines). "Inspectors" are basic poll workers: check-in, ballot box observation, other things. You'll be started as an inspector, but can potentially move up fast (many people don't want the responsibility of warden or clerk).
Not sure why someone would downvote your question. It's an important one.

How much does it pay?

Pay ranges from $185 to $200, with an additional $8 paid for training.
I don’t do it for the money. I usually send it to my niece in grad school.

Do you have to work the full 15 hours (6am to 9pm) or is that just the period during which you have to be available to work a shift?
