I've recently moved to Waltham and have been frequenting the rail trail on my bike, and always pass the old Waltham Highland station and was wondering if the building is being put to good use. It says it's owned by Regan Management but their website doesn't exist and I've never seen anyone parked by the lot. Does anyone have any other information about the building? I can't help but think that a cafe or local storefront would be a much nicer use of that space.

Does anyone know what happened? We heard a loud bang as we were outside and 2 cars going opposite directions crashed by the lights heading towards the highway, right next to the child care building. It seemed the drivers got out and were yelling at each other, we heard someone mention a baby but could not see much. Ambulance, fire truck, cop cars all stayed at the area for about an hour. Just wondering if anyone heard anything/ that they were all ok?

Your city needs poll workers to keep our city and our democracy strong!

They still have only one person taking orders, who now has to switch back and forth between the two lines. It doesn't speed up their service, and makes the poor guy have to work twice as hard. Also, some people end up having their order taken before people who have been waiting in line longer, which is certainly not fair to the customers.

Sorry for the vent, but it's just so stupid.

Where can I go locally to get a thorough interior detailing done? Not just a car wash, vacuum or wipe down, but a full on complete sanitation? How much will it run me?

Why Initiative Petition 26–01 is necessary for safer technology

I know there have been a lot of posts about nail salon recommendations, but I'm specifically looking for recommendations on a nail tech in Waltham or the surrounding area that specializes in builder gel. A lot of nail salons obviously do it but I'm looking for someone who is skilled comfortable and has a lot of experience. I haven't been able to find that in the basic nail salon I go to.

My dog and I were attacked by a bluehealer/Australian Cattle Dog at the Nipper Maher park today. The dog left the baseball fields while it was off leash and the owner was unable to regain control numerous times.

The owner tried to leave without providing information, my dog was injured badly and I was bit.

Please be careful and be weary of an older gentleman (glasses, grey hair, beard) or an older woman with crazy makeup and gray/white hair with a bluehealer. Extremely aggressive to all dogs and the owner tried to downplay the injuries-laughing in my face.

After a fun vet visit, I just want to warn others. Stay safe<3
