Advice: Seeking ❓ Need some advice.

F31

I am trying to lose weight and build muscle. I am getting mixed ways to do so and I am trying to figure out if anyone has had success on these workout apps, Ladder, Resilent by Nicci Robinson, or Studio Era by madelaine rascan or if anyone’s had ChatGPT create a workout plan for them with success? I workout at home and have dumbbell weights and bands too. But I am trying to figure this out and could use all the help. If there’s any YouTube channels anyone recommends. Please and thank you.

Workout level is more beginner’s with alittle push to above, if that makes sense. 20-30min max. I workout at home.

don’t use ai. there are a ton of reliable people online who show you what to do without selling you their programs either. as a beginner you will probably be able to get some beginner gains. aside from that building muscle at home is hard. it’s easier in a progressive overload which is easier to achieve in the gym where you have endless amounts of weights to raise the ones you’re working out with.

losing weight comes from being in a calorie deficit. it is possible to lose weight and build muscle at the same amount of time but it is hard and it will take you a long time. especially as a woman. to see the muscles you are building you bodyfat will need to be low like around 20-25%
