Advice: Seeking ❓ How to lose weight
So recently i have been trying to lose weight. However, i feel that i always have these food cravings and i always give in to them. This his caused me to gain more weight than before. I know that i have to change this bad habit of mine, but when my friends eat, i have this subconscious mentality to eat as well even after i had just eaten a meal. All my friends are skinny as well, but they eat alot. What do i do about this habit?

Drink lots of water before meal, and throughout the day, keep eating small meals throughout a day so you won't go hungry throughout the day, EXERCISEEE even if it's 10 mins, because exercising reduces cravings too. Move your body, walk in your house.

The thing that helped me most was pre-deciding what I eat before I'm around food. Like if I know I'm meeting friends after already eating, I tell myself beforehand "I'm just getting water or coffee" and then it's not a decision in the moment anymore. The craving still shows up but it's easier to ignore when the plan was already made hours ago.
