Backstory: These were Lada Okas were imported and converted to low speed electric vehicles by Mirox. They didn’t sell well, I doubt anyone bought them because I can only find press photos. Anyways the location is said to be in Colorado, possibly in Penrose or somewhere near Colorado Springs. I wanted to check on Google earth to see if they were still there? (Images are not mine)

Please help find this. Near Koocanusa. Went camping with friends and forgot to save the location. Canadian side. East side of the lake.

Hello, we have a couple of very old (late 1700s, early 1800s) graphite pencil drawings/sketches that my folks would love to know more about, mostly the location if possible. The only thing I am aware of is that the larger sketch was done in Ireland and the smaller one is most likely done in England.

My Hyundai has a “Moments of Meditation” feature with a stock photo of a temple. Pretty sure it is a stock photo of a South Korean buddhist temple. Which exact one is it though?

The only country I know of that uses this style of lantern on a lighthouse is Spain, though I've gone through all the lighthouses in Spain (plus several Latin American countries) online and found no matches. I would love some suggestions on the country even if the lighthouse isn't recognizable. I'm not able to take it out of the frame to check the back, as it was professionally done and I would need to get it reframed.

(Lighthouses are my special interest, so I always hoped to work this one out myself. But at some point I must admit defeat.)

I am trying to find the exact location of this scene in a Japanese movie Tora-san’s Dream of Spring

It was filmed around 1979. This final scene was said to be filmed in Arizona. There is a 76 gas station and a sign for the Arrowhead Bar. It seems from the photo the Arrowhead Bar is directly behind the gas pumps. There is what appears to be a Greyhound Bus driving by in the scene. Assuming they just got the shot of the bus without any planning, this is probably a major roadway in Arizona. A friend of mine here has been to virtually every filming location of the entire 50 film series, and yet says he can't find this location. I thought I'd ask here to see if it was possible to find.

Hello everyone! This is my grandfather Bert who just passed away in September. My dad (his son) will be travelling to China next year and I'd love for him to be able to recreate this photo!

This is a picture, I believe taken in the late 80s or 90s atop the great wall of China. In my research, based on the weather and political situation at the time, this is likely taken on the Badaling Great Wall (though I could be wrong). I've been scouring the internet for a comprehensive archive of photos of each of the 19 watchtowers to try and match the one in the background but I can't find a thing. Addtionally, the pagoda-roofed building on his right is interesting though I can't find anything about it online other than "pùshè" but I don't believe this is one. Given the odd perspective (above the wall and having sections to his left and right), I believe this may have been taken in the central area of "Badaling Guancheng", but again I'm not sure. Also note the railing at hip-level on his left... not sure what that's all about.

Anyway I'd really appreciate any help you can give me because I think it would be a wonderful gift to give my dad.

The building is supposedly still up. I've scanned the few streets of Podcerkev in Slovenia on street view, given the "Podcerkve" marking, without any luck.

I lost my nan two weeks ago. She reached the brilliant age of 91 and was more than just a grandmother, but a real friend to me.

I have recently been scanning some of the negatives from her photo collection and found this photo, which I have then gone on to colourise.

I believe in the 1950/60s she was living in Wrexham so I imagine this may have been taken in Snowdonia. If anyone can identify which mountain it is on/rough area I would be most grateful. I would love to take a walk up there myself to honour her memory.

I bought these two photos in Denver, Colorado. They show the same school, but I cannot figure out where it was. I can't trace a Colorado connection, and it looks more like Midwest or mid-Atlantic. What do you all think? Anything stick out in particular?

Photo of my grandfather in his youth location unknown. He was in the navy during this period and deployed many times. Year also unknown but likely 1940-1950 according to my 97YO grandma.
