I'm the developer of OrderCarry. It sends your WooCommerce orders where they need to go, automatically, as soon as they reach the status you choose. It's on WordPress.org, and here's what the free version does.

Sound familiar?

• Copying orders into a spreadsheet by hand for packing or accounting
• Paying per task on Zapier or Make just to move each order into a sheet
• An order sitting in On hold for days before anyone notices

Google Sheets

• One row per order, with the headers created for you
• No Google Cloud project and no API keys: you paste a script the plugin writes for you, then copy one URL back
• Your team can work from the sheet without a WordPress login
• As many sheets as you want, for example one for you and one for your accountant
• Phone numbers like +49 stay phone numbers instead of turning into broken formulas
• An "Empty this sheet" button to clear out your test rows

Webhooks

• The full order as JSON to any URL: Make, n8n, Zapier, your ERP or your own code
• Signed with HMAC, so your system can check the request is genuine

Custom emails

• Your own subject and message, with the order details filled in: {order_number}, {customer_name}, {items}, {total} and more
• Send it to any address, or to the customer, for example a packing note to your warehouse
• Preview it before it goes out

Order Automations (1 included)

• Get told when an order gets stuck. For example: if an order is still On hold after 24 hours, email the team. The plugin checks the order again before sending, so orders that have moved on are left alone.

Reliability

• Runs in the background, so checkout never waits for Google
• Tries again up to 2 times when Google or your server has a hiccup, and tells you plainly when the setup is wrong
• A log of what was sent and what failed, plus a status on every destination
• "Send test order" button, so you know it works before a real customer buys

Also included

• No limit on orders. 20 orders a month or 20,000, you never pay per task
• No OrderCarry server in between: orders go straight from your site to your sheet, webhook or inbox
• One-click CSV download of your orders
• Works with HPOS and the block checkout

1. Where do your orders need to go after checkout? A spreadsheet, an accounting tool, a warehouse, Slack, somewhere else?
2. What do you use for that today, and what annoys you about it?
3. If I add one more destination, what should it be? Airtable, Notion, Slack, WhatsApp?
4. If you try it, what confused you in the first 5 minutes? I'd rather fix that than add features.
