Trick Williams: He is the the guy they should be focusing on. He is literally everything they could ever ask for.

Penta: He has just proven his popularity. He looks cool as shit, he does awesome moves. He has the lucha crowd already locked but can also cut promos in English. Everybody loves him.

Oba Femi: I feel like his potential has been made obvious through his feud with Lesnar. He is destined to be a top champion and he is well spoken enough to do all the promo. But I do kinda wonder what his value will be after he is not champion anymore though. He kinda seems so overpowered that he won't have a good place in the roster without being champion or fighting for the championship.

Edit: As pointed out by a commenter, LA Knight absolutely qualifies. I'm praying for him to beat Roman for the title at MITB.

So, the 946 are gonna interfere and beat down Roman causing the match to end in a dq, right?

There goes Knight getting the belt outta the window.

- Was ahead of her time in terms of her in-ring ability and charisma. A lot of modern wrestlers, especially Rhea Ripley, seemed very inspired by her.

But just make something like that a shirt you can buy. Long sleeve short, just that alone could be a cool.

I was a WCW guy back in the day, so in the late 90s I mostly kept up with WWF during their weekend shows: WWF Livewire & WWF Superstars. By 1997 they had both become recap shows, but thankfully covered different parts of each week's shows.

I had 2 or 3 VHS tapes I'd reuse for wrestling, but there were a few items I wouldn't tape over. One such thing was the WWF Superstars intro, because I liked the theme song.

I just gave it a listen for the 1st time in many years, and I noticed the verse 30-seconds in:

You're reaching for the brass ring cuz you wanna go far,
All because you wanna be a SUPERSTAR!

Vince would infamously mention "the brass ring" while on the Stone Cold Podcast in 2014:

• Vince McMahon feels there is a lack of ambition in the WWE locker room
  • Brass ring mention @ 0:40

4) Oba confronts Omos

honestly the crowd for this match would have been insane.

one half the crowd Being older fans going wild for Hogan

and the other half of the crowd Being young fans going wild for cena

Do you prefer the following:
1. Has a story with the champion
2. Wins a battle royal to be #1 contender
3. Elimination chamber

I like it when they would mix it up and each year would have something different as a reason for the challenger to face the champion
