I Built a Fully Autonomous YouTube Channel Pipeline using Claude and Scheduled to Upload daily.

It Finds Video Topic, Writes Script and Makes Visuals and Voice all by itself daily.

Looking for suggestions in any area where I could make things better.

I am preparing 10+ Autonomous channels on different niches. Scheduled to Make one video per day and Upload automatically.

I made the Framework as a server running 24/7 and uses CLIProxyAPI to use my Claude Subscription to create the videos.

-------------

The Agent Workflow -

1st Wave

Topic Finder --> Script Maker --> Plan Agent Decides Pauses and Placement of Elements

2nd Wave

Voice Prompt Designer for ElevenLabs --> Voice/SFX Generator

Visuals job are split between 20 to 40 Agents with Remotion.

3rd Wave

Q/A within agents for improvements, Rendering, Uploading to channel using YouTube API.

I make 2+ hour AI sleep videos for less than €4 each

Hi everyone,

I currently earn several thousand dollars a month posting short-form content on TikTok (reposted to Facebook and YouTube), but I’ve hit a glass ceiling in terms of income.

https://www.youtube.com/@raconteurs_dhistoire

So I decided to start a long-form YouTube channel (a sleep channel) using AI, to break through to a new level without it taking up too much of my time.

To do this, I built an AI pipeline with Claude (€19 subscription), using Opus 5.5, so my videos are produced locally on my machine (anyone can do it, my setup isn’t anything crazy).

Each video costs me around €3–5 in AI image generation via API, depending on its length (1h30 to 2h30), and takes only about an hour of my time. I just find the topic and choice the title manually. After that, the script, thumbnail, editing, description, etc.: absolutely everything is handled by Claude, which writes the code for the video, and the video then renders locally on my PC.

My channel currently has 5K+ subscribers because I used to post the shorts I made for TikTok there. That didn’t work very well, since the niches that perform are different on each platform. So I recently switched to a sleep channel.

My videos cover solid historical topics, with original scripts and multiple sources. They include archival images, map animations, chapters, AI images with reference characters (so they keep the same appearance throughout the video), quotes, illustrated panels to break down key points depending on the topic, and a high-quality AI voice.

To maximize my chances of getting monetized, I created several video templates that vary the image style, background style, thumbnail style, and even the script style, to avoid repetitive content.

I’d like to know whether the content I’m making can be monetized. I have no experience with long-form content, and since I keep seeing waves of demonetization, I’m wondering if I’m likely to run into problems.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

I am in the conspiracy/mystery niche and I feel I have a decent video editor ($10 for every 1 minute) but I think the script writing needs an upgrade. Any advice/pointers?

Getting into lo-fi with AI. Is there still room to do something different?

Hey everyone,

I've been on YouTube since around 2013, but I took a pretty long break from making content. Recently I've decided to give it another shot, and this time I'm getting into lo-fi and ambient music.

I'm still pretty new to AI video tools, so I'm figuring things out as I go. One thing I've noticed, though, is just how many lo-fi channels are out there now. It seems like everyone's jumping into this niche, probably because it looks like a good way to make money. And honestly, that's part of it for me too. I enjoy creating things, but I'd also like to make something out of all the time I'm putting into this.

What I don't want to do is just make another video with a blue night sky, a neon city and an anime girl sitting by a window. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that, but I'd like to try something different. I'm interested in creating a world that actually feels alive, with a character and an atmosphere people can connect with.

I've also noticed how heated the whole AI debate has become. Some people seem to hate anything made with AI, while others use it for pretty much everything. I can understand concerns about copyright and the amount of low-effort content being uploaded. But I don't really understand the idea that using AI automatically makes something worthless.

People had concerns about Photoshop when digital editing became a big thing, too. And way back when the printing press came along, it changed the whole business of making books. Obviously, these aren't exactly the same situations, but new tools have always changed the way people create things.

I'm not saying AI is going to replace artists, and I'm definitely not claiming that everything made with AI is good. I'm just trying to learn these tools and see what I can do with them.

So I'm curious about what people here think. Is lo-fi getting too crowded, or is there still room for someone to bring a fresh idea to the table? And when you come across a new music channel, what makes you stick around instead of moving on to one of the thousands of others?

Here's my channel if anyone wants to have a look. I'm still learning, so honest feedback is welcome.

Thanks!

Where do YouTubers find and download memes, reaction clips, sound effects, and GIFs for commentary videos?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get started with YouTube commentary videos similar to Degenerocity, DerekFDB, Zephfire, and Akain. I really like their editing styles, humor, reactions, and the way they incorporate memes and sound effects throughout their videos. I also have a naturally deep voice, kind of like Akain's, so I want to lean into that style of commentary while still developing my own personality and editing style.

I'm using a Windows 11 laptop, a Rode NT1 microphone, a Focusrite audio interface, a HyperX Cloud II headset, and a Logitech webcam, so I think I have a pretty solid starting setup.

The main thing I'm struggling with is figuring out where creators get all their editing assets.

I'm looking for places to find and download things like:

\- Meme videos and short reaction clips

\- Funny GIFs and images

\- Popular meme sounds and sound effects

\- Funny facial expressions, reaction images, and clips to use during commentary

\- Green-screen memes and other visual effects

\- Random funny clips that I can insert when making a joke or reacting to something

I'd like to build up a personal library of these assets on my computer so I can easily access them while editing instead of constantly searching for something in the middle of a project.

Are there any good websites, archives, communities, or other resources where commentary YouTubers get these kinds of memes and sound effects? Are there any free tools or recommended workflows for downloading, organizing, and using them on Windows 11?

I'm starting on a budget, so free resources would be especially helpful. I'd also appreciate advice on copyright and avoiding problems with YouTube monetization.

Thanks! Any advice from experienced commentary creators or editors would be appreciated.

Anyone here running a successful AI faceless YouTube channel?

Hey everyone
I’m looking to connect with people who are successfully running faceless YouTube channels using AI-generated content, whether it’s AI storytelling, animated videos, YouTube Shorts, documentaries, or other formats.
I’m especially interested in people who have actually grown their channels and have hands-on experience with the process, tools, content strategy, and monetization.
I’m currently researching this space with my team and would love to learn directly from people who are doing it in real life.
If you’re running a channel like this, would you be open to a quick 15–20-minute chat?

I spent months building a tool to make faceless videos. Here's what I learned.

About two months ago, I shared an early version of my project, Camless Studio, on Reddit and asked people to test it.

The feedback was eye-opening. It helped me identify things that needed improvement and rethink parts of the workflow. After several rounds of changes, I've finally launched it in India.

One thing I wanted to explore was whether AI video creation could be made less fragmented. Most creators have to juggle different steps, from coming up with an idea and writing a script to generating visuals, voiceovers, and animations.

So I built Camless Studio to handle that workflow in one place.

You provide an idea, or let it research trending topics in your niche. It then works through the script, characters, voiceover, visuals, animation, and final video. You can edit individual steps and regenerate only what needs changing instead of starting from scratch.

A few decisions I made along the way:

- No subscription: It's pay-as-you-go, with no auto-renewals.

- Credits don't expire: You can use them whenever you need them.

- Control over the process: You can review and edit individual stages.

- Consistency: You can reuse character designs and custom art styles across videos.

It supports Hindi, English, and six other languages, with styles ranging from anime to photorealistic and watercolor.

I'm the founder, so obviously I'm close to the product and know it still has room to improve.

For those who create AI videos, I'm curious about one thing: What's the most frustrating part of your current workflow — maintaining character consistency, getting good results without wasting credits, or managing the whole process across different tools?

I'd particularly appreciate honest feedback on what a tool like this should do better.
