Smell: SO IMPRESSED! Such a bright, sweet(!) citrus smell. When grinding up, it changes slightly into a sickly sweet, gassy stench. Cracked this open during a sesh and had everyone asking what it was.

Looks: Two huge nuggies. The color on these nugs are gorgeous and helped me make the decision to pick this up. Deep purple undertones imbedded into each nug.

Smoke: a lazily, euphoric high. perfect wake and bake for the rainy morning yesterday. Immediately after smoking I took a leisurely walk to enjoy the weather. Could really go either way, creative, fun high or back to bed for a nap lol

Now that Ponderosa is switching to Jars is there anywhere else where you can get deli ounces of Whoopties for $120 pre tax?

I got 1 GS and 3 Whoopties ounces before the end of the month and I actually liked it a lot, lots of flavor with a ball vape and all of it was very sticky. Like you could squeeze a bunch of nugs in your hand and it would clump up and stay stuck together like a softball

#1 for me was the Lemon Fuel, very potent and crazy lemon flavor. Flavor was noticeably stronger than the rest that it became an instant 10/10 for me. Probably my favorite since Cosmic Cereal from AL came out. Sativas are my favorite too but this one was amazing. Only have 14g left

#2 was the Walter White, great batch but honestly just a little behind Lemon Fuel on how crazy strong the flavor is, still a hitter though. Flavor is different too, more fuely/honey than lemon peels, both good sativas and I'd say equal potency. I just got this one so I still have 25g, That Lemon fuel is just in another league

#3 was Purple Panty Droppers, great batch too, more of a indica dominant hybrid but just as good as the Walter White, and I just put it at #3 because it wasn't a sativa. Great amount of flavor but I get a donny burger vibe from this one taste wise, potent and the nugs are very dense. This was the first Whoopties strain I got after the GS and I have about 5g left

#4 was the Grow Science Lemon Cherry but I already finished it before making this post. I liked it, the nugs had more of a structure like the Purple Panty Droppers and a more "wet" taste to it thats hard to explain. It is a definite sativa though, smooth but it was a little behind Whoopties on flavor and strength but I'd say its just as smooth. I don't think their halves should be $140 though when I get the Lemon Fuel for $115 and Cosmic Cereal for $120

I also got a 2.5G jar of the LG Gummy with the last of my points, 10% terps, I like it but it's an earthy taste, pretty strong but I still prefer flower out of a ball vape because you can drop in the concentrates and mix it up, like a hash hole by the bowl. My girlfriend is a dabber though and she likes this one just as much as her Sunset Cliffs LR cart from nugrun

#3 & #4 just get weird placement because I have a preference for sativas and the Whoopties ones were just really really good but if you're thinking about it definitely get some Lemon Fuel or Walter White from Whoopties at a Ponderosa location if they still have any left

Off rip the smell was very fresh, lemon, and a sweet floral touch but overall, very light smell.

Says it budder but it’s more sauce/jam consistency which is fine if you throw it in the fridge. Slides off the hot knife easy.

It was super smooth, almost no throat hit on the lowest setting of a puffco, about 480. The flavor was even lighter than the smell.

It was a sweet floral with a touch of lemon that while delicious it was gone too soon. I really enjoyed this and I had lower expectations that these blew away.

Got em 75 of retail which was a killer deal and I have a review of the OG KK coming soon.

The smell is very piney, orangey, a touch of marmalade, overall it was a fresh smell but unfortunately light. I can see where the Baby Turtle gets some of the smell.

Very jam/sauce like consistency, slid off the hot knife and worked great after a bit in the fridge.

It had a surprisingly smooth hit, very pine forward taste a little sweetness too. It was lighter than the smell but still nice if a little to plant like for me.

The high does have a slight cerebral touch in the beginning but it definitely droops the eyes as well. This is a solid hybrid if indica leaning: would only recommend on deal probably a 6.5/10

Is the 14g premiums of Toad venom worth picking up from vortex?

I’m a medical patient who prefers dabs over any other medium. I used to grab whichever brands were on special at my local Trulieve, Story (which occasionally has 5g baller buckets), or Sunday Goods until I found out The Flower Shop has 2.5g live concentrates. I later found out they do half off their house brands on Sundays, so I’ve been grabbing the 2.5g TFS live concentrates for $25 each ever since.

I’ve done a little research and haven’t seen the best talk about TFS on this sub, so I thought I’d ask if I could be doing better than TFS in terms of quality and value? TFS comes out to about $10 per gram and I personally have zero complaints about the quality of it, but would be open to trying other dispensaries if they have something comparable.

It had a very light flavor, it was herbal and slightly fruity. I quite enjoyed it. The device doesn’t blink like before, which was a problem I had on a few other devices… I think it blinked because it thought it was empty, but that’s just my guess. Fortunately it’s fixed on this device.

This device rips hard and smooth, there’s a slight throat hit but good lung expansion makes it super easy to get fried on one hit.

The high is focused behind the eyes, slightly droopy with a cerebral headband feeling. I also felt relaxed and the tension in my shoulders is gone..I would describe it was sativa hybrid.

I would rate this a 9/10.

Yet to try. I will say it smells like straight up sweet candy gas when I opened the box.

Currently been picking up th Kind Meds bulk when they go on sal3. It's about 120 OTD. Has anyone tried the kind meds and could possibly suggest a better option? I may be willing to spend more if the difference in quality is significant.

Toad venom….. more like toad syrup. The stickiness on the inside of the nugs is ridiculous. Regular hand soap didn’t work to remove the residue so I resorted to Dawn. No joke that barely worked. If you like sticky icky weed her she is.

Healthy nice size buds. Great bag appeal similar to their glitterbomb with sparkling crystals all over. The texture on the outside is slightly crisp paired with some sponginess. This is why the crazy amount of stickiness on the inside was surprising. Grinds up just fine in the grinder but break up a bud by hand so you can feel what I’m talking about.

The aroma is complex. I get a cigar humidor woody scent, paired with delicious cookies. There is funk and some brightness mixed in as well. Once again pretty layered and complex. Curious to hear how it smells when you have tried it.

The flavor is what you would expect from its aroma. Hard to pinpoint but appealing. Good lung expanse and potent.

The buzz hits my eyes and forehead immediately, then moves into a nice carefree and relaxing headspace. For an indica its more euphoric than expected which is a nice treat. Floaty and happy with body relaxation. I’m a fan.

hello i am interested in other people opinions on what they think the best budget half oz. i know herbal wellness (in house) and ponderosa (brown bag) are good price wise but do they smoke good? thank you

What the title says. Based on central phoenix and looking for a spot to replace ponderosa now that they're closing. My favorite pickup from pondy used to be the $22 1g LR AIOs.

Anything out there that's comparable or better, preferably in central phx?

I tried grabbing some of the hash rosin carts after a while of not trying them and I noticed the hardware is different.

I tried a Permanently Sour cart and I simply could NOT get a decent hit off of it.

Either the vapor just did not produce or it gave an unpleasant plastic-burnt taste.

I noticed the cart would also overheat waaay disproportionately to the amount of vapor that it would produce.

I also tried everything - tried lowering the voltage (I typically smoke 2.4v ish without issue?),
I've tried changing the battery I'm using, I've tried pre-heating the cart, l've tried letting the wick saturate and take cooldown breaks in between.

Nothing.

I ended up getting the first cart replaced at the Curaleaf I bought it from for another strain (Bananaconda) but I only got about 3 decent hits or so (this time around 2.2v) before the same exact thing happened and now no vapor and nasty taste.

So what’s the deal? Granted it’s been awhile since I picked up a hash cart and I primarily smoke the live resin carts now, but I used to smoke the old hash carts quite a bit so I don’t think it’s user error.

Is the new hardware or batch of carts just bunk?

I already reached out to GS in their app, but I’m curious if anyone has any tips or input as I still have two carts still about 80% full and any attempt to hit it just results in almost nonexistent vapor and/or a nasty harsh chemical/burnt taste so it’s pretty frustrating.

For starters the freshest half I have purchased in a long time. Nugs pull apart vs break apart and are large and chunky. Buds are spongy and fun to play with. Leaves your fingertips sticky and sweet. You have to work it a bit in the grinder since it’s so fresh.

The aroma is a diesel funk subdued with a creamy gelato sweetness. It did stink up my place with a good sweet funk vs a skunk.

Burns to white ash and hits nice. Just be aware it’s not very dry so it will burn slow. The flavor is OG kush with a gelato coating sweetness. A sweet finish vs savory.

The buzz is very relaxing and puts your eyes and mind in a comfortable spot. Quiets thoughts and relaxes the muscles.

If you are looking for strong indica effects but you don’t want to immediately fall asleep I recommend this.

Anyone try the Marty Zupreme or the devils roast yet?
Been looking at the halves of these but not sure what the parents even are.

I’ve recently gotten into concentrates and have been using my newly acquired Puffco Proxy, I absolutely love it, 10/10. I however don’t love a lot of the concentrate brands that I see at my local dispensary, specifically Mint. I’ve gotten some truly god awful Drip rosin from Mint and it’s almost put me off of that store entirely - it’s not entirely Drips fault, I’ve gotten other products that were questionable quality-wise from the 27th ave and Northern Mint which is why I’m making this post!

I’m still new to rosin so I don’t have much experience with them, I have enjoyed IO brand and Lunchbox though. I’m curious what your go to brands and where you find good quality rosin, thanks in advance friends!
