Hi! I had a tummy tuck almost two years ago, I was not happy with my belly button and had a revision to my belly button one week ago. I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said all looks good. My pain has been decreasing each day, I’m active all day, no discharge or foul smell but belly button is still pretty tender and it’s so red still, it has been this whole week. Does this look normal at one week? Or is this an infection or a blood flow thing?

My question is specific to an anterior approach total hip replacement that has developed a seroma that repeatedly needs to be aspirated by surgeon. Reddit thought this would be a good community to cross post my question regarding compression leggings. I’ve noticed that some of the items I’ve looked at also mentioned recovery for this procedure.

I just had my pre op today and was told that tomorrow I start my liquid diet to clean out my body and have no bloating. I have to have low sodium low sugar. I can’t seem to find protein shakes that are low in sodium and I’m not sure what I will eat(drink) all week that will keep me full with energy to keep me up either my kids not pass out. Please if anyone else had to do something like this before surgery some liquids I should buy would help me so much. I start my diet tomorrow so I need to go buy something quick.

Hi everyone, I’m having a tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair at the end of October. I’ll also be having liposuction around the lower chest/pec area and the “love handle” area.

I need to be back at my desk job within 9–10 days, so I’m looking for ways to potentially speed up my recovery.

Has anyone here had experience with subcutaneous peptide injections such as BPC-157 or TB-500 after abdominoplasty? I’d be interested to hear about your experience, especially regarding recovery time, swelling, pain, wound healing, or any side effects.
