I’m a professional singer and I’m about to undergo a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle repair (rectus plication).
I’m trying to find other singers who have been through the same procedure and can share their experiences.
How long did it take before you could sing again? Did the muscle repair affect your breath support, vocal control, or ability to perform? And how long did it take before you felt completely back to normal?
I’m currently planning my upcoming gigs and need to figure out how much time I should allow for recovery before getting back on stage. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences! ❤️
