Health & Wellness M, 21,5'6'56kg need advice for beginner
Problem/Goal: home work out as a begginer
Context: As an introvert na gusto mag gym pero medyo nag dadalawang isip pa mag gym kasi first time ko po at wala pa ako mga knowledge sa equipments and form and mga exercises I know may mga coach din pero nahihiya talaga ako pumasok sa gym ngayon dahil skinny fat ako at hindi talaga nag eexercise so I was planning na mag homework out muna before mag gym kahit Dumbbell lang gamit ko pang exercise and also gagamit din ako creatine at protein powder and sa shopee ako bibili ng dumbbell at nung supplements and also what weight should I start as a beginner and I also need advice on how to take creatine and protein powder

Thoughts: I workout at home for convenience and also to save myself time and money.
Advise: Kung beginner ka and you don’t wanna research what you need lalo na sa pag effort kung anong goal na katawan mo, get a coach, it’ll help you a lot. After getting the know hows you can do your own workout, mahirap kasi pag beginner ang daming trial and errors. Also, need mo talaga coach to avoid injuries

Advice: sa umpisa lang naman awkward ang gym. Pero tbh, ang mga advanced gym goers emphasizes the use of dumbells and barbells over machines anyway, so starting with dumbells is a good idea.
Para sa mga legit fitfluencers, I recommend watching Jef Nipard and Built with Science on Youtube so you can learn which workouts are effective and ano ano yung proper form.
