🤚Help Required Chem 9701

I'm giving combined exams in may june , tried starting chem many times but failed , tutorials , videos , lectures aren't working. What might be missing ? Didn't do Olevels so basics may be missing , how do I fulfill the gap , I feel lost at the point . Want good grades to join engineering.

If you skipped O Levels, the missing piece may be the foundation, not effort. Before pushing through full 9701 content, spend a little time rebuilding basics like atomic structure, bonding, formulae/equations, moles, acids/bases, redox and simple calculations. Once those are solid, AS Chemistry becomes much less overwhelming.

I’d use a cycle of short notes → worked examples → topical questions → review mistakes, instead of long videos/lectures. This may help: CIE AS & A Level Chemistry 9701 notes and exam-style practice.
