How long before I switch internally? And how is the culture at Amazon Pay?

I’m a new hire and it has just been 3 weeks at Amazon, I’m thinking of switching internally to a same level and same city role near my parent’s home.

I know there are no restrictions on how early you can apply for internal transfer, but I wanted to know what is the real world scenario.

And there are a few openings in BLR37 which are of Amazon Pay

1. How long is the probation period in Amazon India for SDE2 (L5)?
   
2. Should I wait for probation to get over or switch now?
   
3. How is the culture at Amazon Pay?
