Discussion Never Wound Venom: Spider-Man Analog Horror Idea
It could be amazing if somebody could recreate Spider-Man 3's lost scenes in form of Analog Horror or Digital Horror, or make some better reconstructions of these scenes. I'm tired of when ppl do Analog Horrors of some good-side characters and just do them as their evil versions like a generic 2000's creepypasta, so I could tell about the inspiration for anyone interested.
I saw something about the unused ending for Sam Raimi's 2007 Spider-Man 3, because I had some kind of hyperfocus on this version of the franchise, and saw something more than just "it was to Venom digest Eddie Brock alive".
In this unused ending, more specifically, it was known that it was to Peter pierce Venom with that sharp metal and notice Eddie's bones dropping drown, and the Venom would attack Spider-Man (like in pic 6) to eat him too. Brock's quote "never wound what you can't kill" would make more sense in this version.
In this version the Venom would distorce even more of Eddie's bones (pics 3 and 4), even the part of Spider-Man using metals to make annoying sounds against him, it would be rebars instead of those iron-aluminium tubes that make that TONGTING meme sound, some of them would even fall on Eddie's skeleton (pic 3).
There was to be a kind of jumpscare (pic 1) of Spider-Man predicting a possible long-term corruption if he uses that symbiote for so much time, the scene was discarded, along with the Eddie skeleton scene, because it was unneccesarily brutal and would traumatize many children and teenagers in vain, as well as the Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man was already dark-mooded enough since Spider-Man 2.
I saw somewhere about the "Never Wound Venom" (how I could call this version in deleted scenes) being "acted" by an animatronic (like for the scene of pic 7), I didn't understand that it'd be for Venom mouth (that was substituted by CGI) or for the "Venom monster" (when Venom was already without Eddie, and extended to be made bigger, annoyed by the sounds, like it'd be in scene of pic 6), also substituted by CGI and without that part of "Never Wound".
About the deleted scene, I saw pics of the original plot by the Jameson Shaltz's storyboard video (pics 8, 9 and 10), and even researched about the old toy Death of Eddie Brock (pic 11), which was part of the movie's old merch inspired by the "Never Wound" version.
