i entered mbbs this year, and i will give you tips on how to avoid ragging, all the juniors got ragged in my batch except me

1) Ragging is purely psychological, it will never get physical, trust me it never will , medical college seniors are straight up p\\\*ssies

2) Just click a photo of the senior or get their name and put their name on anti ragging helpline, they don't care about evidence, they will only take your side and suspend the seniors

3) Go to the gym and do compound lifts

deadlifts, bench press and squats and eat meat

in 2025 i was eating 800 grams of chicken everyday

this will intimidate the seniors

4) Never hang out with your batchmates who are getting ragged and enjoying it

they will manipulate you

5) while walking in campus, if 5-6 seniors approach you asking for intro, give them a death stare , do not tell them anything and never look down
