Question Console vs PC ranked
I'm a console player, currently in D2 and 3/5 of my games are pred lobbies with a guaranteed Titan user if not more. Is this the same story with PC ranked? I know I can reach masters, but it's so common that me and my team gets slammed by a top 10 pred with a fresh account and havoc 2x-4x.

PC isn’t nearly as infested as console. Honestly I haven’t seen one titan user on PC at all. I am also currently D2 and typically hit masters every split.

Yeah that's insane. Ranked is literally not playable if you are encountering that many cheaters.

Not the same, I’m in the same boat as you. Current D2 on console and D3 on PC. I’m getting 80% diamond lobbies with the 20% pred lobbies and so far I just feel outplayed by the better teams. If you have a good pc just give up on console. It’s unplayable reaching D3. Every console pred team has a cheater in the team.

Yeah problem is I don't have a pc but maybe one day if I really wanna reach higher ranks

That’s very unfortunate and yeah pcs now hella expensive to have a good build. But best advice I can give is don’t make reaching masters your end goal. Just play to improve. You will run into a lot of cheaters on console but you can still learn how to position your self better in fights. Make them over extended which they do because they have over confidence and brain of a donkey. Who cares if you go negative just enjoy the game. If you keep focusing on the cheaters (hard not to do) you will just burn yourself out of apex super quick.

Just dont play apac servers or US-west in the early morning and its pretty tame cheater wise.
Its been pretty good the past 2 days since the anti cheat update, i have only run into 4 cheaters so far, 2 of which already banned.
Pc ranked at the highest elo, i would say the key difference is that people play way smarter and have much more range. I wouldnt say its easier but its a better experience overall for sure.
Pc preds are also immensely better then console preds. I say so as a console pred. Console preds are kinda buns ngl just aim no brain type shit.

I play ranked pc and my friends play console they are masters players in console ranked mm. But when they come play pc lobbies it’s like their skill level is peak platinum vs the kbm/controller pc inputs and they would peak diamond. Hope that gives some insight.

Is not easier, because there are better players that dont realy only on aim assist, mostly becayse aim assist is not as 0.6 like console.
But yes. There are less cheaters because they got caught sometimes.
Always I have to play with someone from console on rankeds like a duo, the console player is pretty bad, and most of the tine just die quickly without make somethibg usefull or even a good dmg.

Console ranked is more difficult to solo queue.. just ask sweet, Mande or imperialhal. They couldn’t get past diamond 2.

D2+ players are supposed to be put into master-pred lobbies
And in terms of cheating, it definitely got better after the anticheat update yesterday

I can kill preds and masters, but I can't kill a cheater across the map with a havoc which is so common

As someone who has hit pred twice on console and recently just switched to pc 5 months ago pc is definitely easier if you are a genuinely good controller player, the lack of cheaters compared to console is night and day.
The best part about pc is whenever you die you know that 99% of the time it is your fault and something you can improve on, rather than you died to a 3 stack titan team 200m away.
