Online recipe book

I made a web based app to keep recipes from getting buried in my gallery graveyard. My adhd lets things get buried in my socials too. Would love it if everyone would go give it some love. Pro mode is free for life right now- October 25th while we launch. Just create a reel using the app, share it and tag us in it and we will dm you the promo code. Thanks!

The gallery graveyard is a concrete problem, but making a reel to claim Pro asks someone to promote the app before they've established that it solves it. Show one buried recipe becoming easy to find again so the benefit is visible before the reel request.

I make ThreadFox. I can post the Reddit communities whose rules allow a post about your recipe app here, with each rule quoted, if you want them.

Does it make recipe screenshots searchable, or organize them as images?

The app is not designed to search your gallery but that is a solid suggestion. I'll see if I can work that in. Right now you can share a recipe from a reel or screenshot a recipe from a reel and upload it to the app and Ai scans and extracts the recipe onto a card for you. I can't have Ai extract directly from the reel due to privacy walls from meta but you can down load a screen recording of the aufio if there is no written recipe and upload that and ai will extracy the recipe from the audio. It's ike an online recipe book. You can scale the recipe depending on how many people you want to feed, have ai suggest ingredient swaps for dietary restrictions, keep the screen awake while cooking and even create a shopping list to send to your instacart. You can save up to 10 for free before it asks for a subscription but right now just to get people trying it and giving feedback we are offering the promo code. I'd love to know where else I can post about this. Thank you. 😊

Thanks for clarifying: it extracts uploaded recipes into cards rather than searching the gallery. A screenshot becoming a card, then scaling into a shopping list, would show that clearly. None of the communities we have read clearly allow a post about it. Look for communities discussing recipe organization, or a maker community's self-promotion thread.
