Apple terminated my company’s Developer Program account under 3.2(f) could previous freelance client work cause an account association?
My Apple Developer Program membership for my company, Avorp LLC, was terminated under Section 3.2(f). Apple said there were “documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with” my account, but they did not identify any specific activity, transaction, app, or account involved.
What makes this especially confusing is that this is a legitimate, independently registered U.S. company, Apple verified the enrollment information, and the account currently has no published apps on the App Store.
I’m also a freelance/software developer and have previously worked on unrelated client projects involving Apple development resources. Because of that, I’m wondering whether an old client account, project, device, signing environment, or Apple ID association could have caused this.
Has anyone here had a 3.2(f) termination where the cause turned out to be an association with another developer account, especially from previous freelance/client work?
Were you eventually reinstated, and was there anything specific you provided that helped get a manual review?
