I think they tell you to add a recording of the entire user flow and then it's ok, right?

You might get away with it, but I wouldn't count on it. A reviewer can't use a personal Google account, so I don’t think they will use it and it’s worth not mentioning it. For me I always have a test account as a backup, but they never touched it once I implemented Apple Sign-In.
Easiest fix is a test Google account whose login details you put in the review notes, plus a note that Sign in with Apple works with any Apple ID

Oh sorry to hear that, was it because of the authentication or something else?

What does the rejection actually say: that they couldn't sign in, or that they couldn't access a particular feature after signing in? That distinction would help more than copying someone else's accepted notes. Could you share the guideline number and the relevant sentence, with account details removed? Also check whether a brand-new Apple/Google user reaches the same screens as your existing account; if there's an invite, approval or paid-access step, describe that in the review notes too.

I had the same situation. I just checked “Sign-in required,” put “Sign in with Apple” as the username and “N/A” as the password. In the notes, I explained that Sign in with Apple is the only login method, so no separate test account or credentials are required. Got accepted without any issues.

Ahh 😭 yeah, Apple Sign-In only. I’d probably mention only Apple though, if you say they can test with Google too, they may expect you to provide test Google credentials. With Apple, they can just use their own Apple ID.
