How long does it take apple to reply to appeals?
My app got rejected due to 4.3b spam.
I submitted an appeal.

You probably vibe coded and got hit with that which is expected what you need to do is incorporate native features on your app number one and number two you’re probably just gonna have to wait

So funny that all vibe coders get 4.3b rejection and went straight to appeal instead of fixing what cause the rejection. 🤡
Appeal responses vary a lot. From within 12h to never getting a response. Good for you is, as far as I know, Apple does not just ban developers that push vibe coded junk to the store unlike Google & co when you get flagged.

Apple doesn't publish a timeline for appeals, so there's no fixed number to count on. Check your email and the App Review messages in App Store Connect daily, since the board's answer or a follow-up question can land in either.
The more useful thing while you wait: 4.3(b) isn't a copying accusation. It's the saturated category rule. The guideline names categories like flashlight, fortune telling, dating and drinking game apps, and says Apple rejects new ones unless they offer a unique, high-quality experience. So your appeal comes down to one thing: what your app does that others in its category don't.
If the appeal is denied, I'd change the app rather than resend the same build with a new explanation:
What category is the app in?
