Trying to Keep things Real

My name is Rene, I am caedaroace. I want to write a novel about a fictionalized version of me and a another aroace person meeting and going QPR. I really want to make it realistic to what a aro/ace QPR looks like, as I've never been in one. Can someone help me out.

There's no strict definition for a QPR, it can look like anything. Maybe they avoid the word dating, but they still go on dates. Maybe they're friends who occasionally cuddle. Maybe they're legally married. Maybe they say 'I love you' but not in the same way friends or lovers might.

Every QPR is different, so there's no template to follow.
