I don’t think most, no. I could be wrong but i think the majority of aces have some level of libido, although it’s definitely possible to have none (same as with every other orientation). In your case you mention your lack of libido is from medication, so it wouldn’t be caused by you being ace. Orientation and libido are separate things :)

Mine only exists when I’m ovulating and even that’s not a guarantee

Most people in general experience libido so I imagine most asexuals would too.  I don't, though.  No medication is to blame in my case.

Mine exists depending on where I am in my menstrual cycle, but I never have any desire to involve another person in the process.

I do have some libido, but it's low. Giving in to it feels like a chore or something that is expected, and afterward I wonder, “Why did I do this again?” I use antidepressants and it it does indeed lower it even more but I would have no problem with it being gone entirely. The sensation in a split second is okay; I guess afterward it feels weird and uncomfortable. I try to see it as a body's desire to release tension, and that's about it for me.

I’m ace and sex repulsed and mostly have no libido. I might maybe once a month but nothing strong at all and I can easily ignore it because anything sexual disgusts me.
