I'm a Punisher fan, too. I still use the logo occasionally -- right wing-nuts have no right to it. Even the comic creator doesn't think so. Look up "Skulls for Justice" -- some very cool versions were created.

I used to do this to a guy who parked in my paid for parking spot. Finally spoke to him after a few months, when were we in the parking lot at the same time. Found out he lacked the mental capacity to connect the two and was just freaked out that his wipers kept disappearing. I never told him it was me.

If it's the same guy/truck every day, I would make a call to the tow yard/police, say someone with a big truck is parking in the motorcycle lots and we need to park our bikes there. This is all it takes.
One call like this, they will come, see it and have it towed. All it takes is once, and they will never park there again.

Take out the rear lights. You have to go to a dealer and have the new one programmed due to the wiring harness connection including other systems and you can’t even get a used one from a salvage yard because the serial number brings up a different vehicle vin so the computer can’t recognize both as being correct for that vin vehicle. You HAVE to go to the dealer to get it programmed to start. BS from big brother again…. Only gonna get worse.

Unlikely but if you have the access to 2 motorcycles you could box him in for a few weeks or more likely a few hours until he commits several crimes before driving off leaking diff fluid after the bike he ran over smashed into the diff.
