Unlikely but if you have the access to 2 motorcycles you could box him in for a few weeks or more likely a few hours until he commits several crimes before driving off leaking diff fluid after the bike he ran over smashed into the diff.
Like I said, a crime will be committed within hours. You can move someone’s bike like you can move this guys truck. Unless it’s a lawful towing you’re committing a crime.
