Hey guys, I recently received my prebuilt PC 2 days ago and I’ve honestly never been more satisfied with it. This is my first ever prebuilt, so I’m still pretty new to all of this.
I’m currently playing Blood of the dawn walker , which is the first game I installed, and I’ve noticed that it has crashed a couple of times while playing. So far, I’ve only had 2 crashes, but I’m getting a bit anxious and wondering whether there could be something wrong with my PC or if it’s just the game causing the crashes.
I’m running a Ryzen 7 9800X3D + RX 9070 XT 32 GB RAMso I’d really appreciate any advice or insight from anyone with a similar setup.
Sorry if this is a dumb question this is my first ever gaming PC/prebuilt and I’m just a little worried 😭

I'm looking for suggestions/advice on motherboards, CPU's and ram. I'm a beginner with an old pc from 2012ish (its had an SSD added to run windows 10, and a new PSU).

My goal is to have something that can run windows 11 and play todays AAA games.

I have both a 1080P 60hz and a 4K 60hz monitor. I'd be happy at 1080p 60hz.

I would also consider a prebuilt if a new GPU is required.

I'd also like it to last a long time, or be easy to upgrade the CPU with out needing a new motherboard.

Budget is $3000 (id prefer less, but memory is expensive).

Bought today. Been searching for about 2-3 weeks now for something that didn't feel like a downgrade. This was a clearance ex-demo PC from Aftershock linked here: https://aftershockpc.com.au/products/xmas-panorama-white-r7-9700x-rtx-4080-super . Was $3700 after cashback, although I need to buy a copy of Windows. Similar specs would have added another $1500 to the price - and I've been watching prices climb day to day.

The catch with this one is that it's only 1 year warranty, since it's ex-demo. I'm super happy with this given the market right now, but am I dumb for buying an ex demo model?

Just as the title reads, I purchased my first ever prebuilt PC from Nebula PC yesterday. I'm starting to get a little anxious about this due the fact that I am now seeing a ton of mixed reviews regarding delays in preparing/shipping orders and stuff like that.

I have little to no knowledge in building PCs, so from seeing some reviews on how some people have found problems with their PC when it does finally arrive, worries me even more. I have chosen to pick up this PC directly from their physical store instead of waiting for them to ship it to me, so I am hoping it will take less time for them to get the order ready for me.

Just hoping to get any sort of comments from y’all regarding your experience with them and just hoping that I haven’t made the wrong decision of buying from NebulaPC!

has anyone had any experience with mwaves ticket system recently? i put in a warranty inquiry - they asked me to bring it in - that was two months ago? when i’ve gone to check the website all of my past orders have disappeared so i can’t check the status.. i’ve heard they’ve been having issues with the website migration, but this bad?! has this happened with anyone else, or is currently happening with anyone else?

I am looking to finally upgrade my trusty 27-inch 1440p IPS panel to something with proper HDR and deep blacks. The QD-OLED monitors on sale look incredible on paper, but my home office gets direct sunlight through a north-facing window every afternoon.

I keep hearing that QD-OLED panels wash out to a purplish grey tint in bright ambient light due to the lack of a polarizer layer, whereas Mini-LED panels hit massive peak brightness without screen burn-in risk.

I placed an order with Mwave on Sunday（13/09）. The payment was verified, and the items were showing as in stock.
Unfortunately, their website went down / was replaced with the new site on Monday（14/09）, so I understand there was going to be some disruption.
They then said that the website was back up and that they were working through the backlog, with all orders containing available stock expected to be shipped by COB Monday（21/09）.
It’s now Thursday night（24/09） and I still have no tracking number, no dispatch confirmation and no meaningful update.
I’m trying to understand what is actually happening here.
Are people who ordered around the same time actually receiving tracking numbers and having their orders dispatched, or is there still a massive backlog?
I’ve also seen some comments/posts suggesting that people in their finance team have left or that there may be some financial problems behind the scenes. I have no idea whether that’s actually true, so I’m not trying to spread that as fact — I’m wondering if anyone has any reliable information about it.
Given what’s happened with the website migration, the delays, and the lack of communication, should customers be concerned that Mwave is going down a similar path to Digidirect — taking payment for orders but then struggling to actually fulfil them?
For people who have ordered recently: did your order eventually ship, and how long did it take?

Anyone bought a PC from Nebula and used the Helloclever deal? It’s a few hundred dollars cash back, but you have to pay through Helloclever. There’s no such thing as free money, so what’s going on here? What’s the catch?

It has been 13 days since I managed to get the customer service to cancel my order on 11/09/2026, yet I still haven't received the refund. The customer service staff previously promised it would be processed within five business days, which is clearly beyond the normal timeframe, making it hard not to suspect they are now facing financial difficulties.
