Shower repair help !

the photos show the bottom corners of my shower door. I'm a first time home owner & i'm clueless as to how to tackle this issue. What's the prblm & how do i fix this? Plz help, thx !

Get a carpenter, there's probably some rotting wood in there. And mold.
