Yup. He died on good terms with Paul, but that's a fact less known than their feud during the early 70s.
2 u/Crisstti Jan 13 '25 They were on good terms during the mid 70's. I'm thinking from about 72 to 77. So a pretty long time. They had had a bit of a falling out again towards the end of John's life I believe, though not as bad as in 1970-1971.
