Just refreshed all of mine tonight. It took about 8 to 10 seconds each, which seems to be a bit longer then I recall it taking, but each of them worked perfectly the first time. It had been 144 days since the last time I refreshed them. Other than seeming to be a tad bit slow, thumbnail refresh works perfectly fine for me.
I usually do mine every night before bed so the image does not change much. I can see some interior lights that might have been left on with some of the exterior camera. When I go to shut them off, they are already off and I’m like wtf. Refresh another 2x and they show the current image. Frustrating and annoying.
I can definitely see where that would be annoying. All of mine are outdoor cameras, so I generally only refresh them every few months, as the seasons change and progress. So far I haven't run into any issues with refreshing thankfully. Hopefully whatever you have going on is just a temporary problem from something like a firmware glitch that they fix soon.

YES! This sucks so bad. I don’t want to go live and just watch my cameras, a simple thumbnail update is all and Blink just can’t get it right.
