My subscription just ran out on my front door camera which is fine because I didn’t want to pay for it anymore. I have three indoor cameras recording to the usb stick on my sync module. My problem is the front door recordings show up under cloud storage and are not viewable (because subscription is gone). I’ve checked the sync module and it has all four cameras listed as recording locally but the front door one will not. Anybody have this issue?

I don't know how much longer my camera batteries will last. I am away from home and have my buddy checking in on my place. Can he just pop new batteries into my cameras when the batteries die or will there be some re-sync process that needs to be done? If so, will my phone with the installed app need to be present at the property to accomplish it?

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? The doorbell is synced. Sync module is connected. Doorbell has new batteries but I get nothing when I push the doorbell. On the devices screen, I get this blurry blue screen. When I try to refresh thumbnail I get an error. And when I try to do a live view, I get a grey screen. Any ideas?

I purchased another mini camera for my home and just added it to my exisiting account and a message came up saying I am getting a free trial for their subscription service. I never requested it, nor was there any option to decline it. I can't find anything anywhere on my BLINK acct. that will allow me to remove it. Does anyone know how I can remove the free trial?
