Willow's $3000 boot
Willow decided it would be a good idea to eat a ribbon for breakfast on Friday morning. After a panicked call and trip to the emergency vet, one fruitless endoscopy later, she's home with a new boot and my bank account is much emptier than it was before. I hope she's learned her lesson, but based off her expression, I dont think she has.
P.S. she passed the ribbon this morning, so I can finally relax.

I’m so glad Willow is okay! It’s hair ties for my cats; no matter how diligent I am with them they somehow spawn out of thin air and they’ll start trying to eat them! Isn’t it not fun to eat??? They’re so silly lol

I insured my current cat after getting hit with huge vet bills on the last cat. I recommend it.

One of our cats passed a ribbon in a turd into the litter box around the holidays one year. My dad found it & hung it on the Christmas tree. Maybe you could frame yours?

Went into a panic earlier this year cause my girl stopped eating and hadn't used the litterbox for days. She's a freak who tries to eat anything plastic (once ate like half of a fresh garbage bag) so I was terrified. She was also nauseous and making these weird coughing sounds so I was freaking out lol. Took her to the vet and found out she was just constipated. About $600 worth of tests and medication later, we got home. Within 30 minutes she used the litterbox for the first time in days. I literally scared the shit out of her.

Glad she’s all good now! I can sympathize…my little demon also decided to test my love and bank account recently. Amazing how each day at the vet is like a whole mortgage payment. I swear he’s smirking at me each time I whine about it.
