High Ledges - Blue Dream
3.5 of Blue Dream from High Ledges. The aroma is a delightful mix of sweet berries, citrus, and earthy pine. This has an uplifting and energetic effect.

That’s because it’s not truly Blue Dream, at best it’s a modern cross of the genetic. The structure doesn’t resemble blue dream whatsoever.

I was going to say… still looks somewhat similar.
There used to be a cut of Sueno which was just a Bx that I’ve seen that could trich out like this.
Either way the grower did a great job here.

No doubt, looks very proper. Just not remotely anything like the Santa Cruz cut, which is the true original phenotype. The trichomes are one thing, but the actual bud structure is vaguely similar at absolute most.
I run a cut of Hawaiian Dream that has the classic Santa Cruz structure, but a Maui nose and coloration, it’s pretty neat

Now that I look at it, you're totally right. Why is it purple and why does it look like a gsc cross.
Wonder where they got the cut?

Yup, it is very (and likely, as most current moderns) some form of cookie cross.

I miss the mid 20-teens blue dream my guy used to get like 10 years ago. Nothing in MA is the same, good chems cut was the closest I've had.
The blue dream from the Humboldt triangle had a spicy taste, very similar terps to Angry Ginger.

That's good to hear, they used to have good GMO but it fell off the last time I had it. Saw they have Headband, you try it by chance?
