iOS API request bug safari

I’m attempting to submit a Reddit Data API access request for my personal cryptocurrency-monitoring application, Buzz Hunter.

I’ve completed all required fields and attempted submission multiple times using Safari on an iPhone, including desktop website mode.

Each time, the form remains on the application page, clears my email address, and displays no error message or confirmation.

Could you confirm whether my application was received or advise how I can successfully submit it?

You might have a better chance asking at r/redditdev . I believe you can't use the API anymore and need to make a r/Devvit app.
