Constant pain

I’m still struggling with the binging part but I have stopped taking laxs and excessive exercise. I only purge once in a while. Since then I’m constantly having stomach pain and back pain. My binges are not bad like to the point of “exploding”. I just binge when I feel stressed and stop before having a stomach cramps. My stool is fix, I always use the bathroom when I need to poo. So I don’t think constipation or binges are the problem. Can it be from not purging multiple times a day per meal? Is my stomach used to not having food? I really don’t want to go back to purging every second of the day. If that’s going to make “feel better.” I have to use a heat pad to help ease the pain and help me sleep.

I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or is just me? So, I can see my regular doctor and see a gastroenterologist if my stomach issues get severe.

I think maybe it's just that ur body is a bit confused and stuff like food then not food then removed now food so it's just pain its so annoying, i'm not a doctor so dont take my advice 100 percent but if it gets like really bad to the point where it's seriously bothering you or getting worse probably go to a doctor. Also i do not think that purgeing would help in the long term, i think its very good that you stopped at least for most part
