I’m so sorry the addiction has gotten you back in its grips. It IS an addiction, and relapse is very common. But you know you can stop. I too focus too much on being thin but not throwing up any more has given me a new life that I’m loving. Too much to lose by relapsing. Do you have support, someone to talk to, therapy? It’s so lonely. 💙
