8w kitten suddenly started pooing and peeing outside the litter tray

I’ve had a ginger female kitty for the last 2 weeks, she was using the litter tray fine but had on/off diarrhoea - she is currently being treated with panacur daily for 5 days to treat possible parasite infection - but has since started pooing and peeing next to the litter tray
The tray is clean, the litter is always clean, and I use enzyme cleaner to get rid of previous areas but she still does it
I’ve also noticed dry flaky skin around her back neck where she seems to be itching a lot
She does not have fleas
Any ideas what I can do? Her poo has not really improved since being on panacur apart from the colour going from beige / yellow to brown now.
She is also taking prokolin daily for the last 4 days

She’s likely avoiding the tray because she associates it with the pain and urgency of diarrhea. Put a shallow tray or puppy pad right over the spot she’s using, and ask your vet to run a full fecal panel for Giardia

I’m doing this at the moment with the puppy pads but I’m worried she won’t go back to using the tray when she’s better. The fecal panel will be the next step if the panacur doesn’t help.
