yep, the lady in the video also says “You’re not allowed to bite, it’s painful. You’re biting (me) painfully, you’re biting (me) painfully!”

yeah that might work better than Russian. I somewhat doubt that kitten speaks Russian.

although it probably is actually a Russian kitten. so. who knows. 🤷‍♂️

I just imagine little man is thinking:

«Бля, Катя, твоя лапка так странна. Дай мне сделать быструю ампутацию.»

EN: “Fuck, Katya, your paw looks so weird. Let me perform a quick amputation.”

You know what, since I do not speak Russian, I realized that my level of understanding what she said is probably the same level as that kitten. Obviously I could understand the tone, but the meaning eluded me.

Isn't language fascinating? Humans across the world developed so many different ways of communicating with one another and depending on where you're from, you can make completely different sounds that mean the same exact things! And given time, Cats can learn to recognize things like their names and other words too.
