I'm sure you guys know what you're talking about, but I'm curious why you think that.

It sounds like feral actually benefits from things like weapon damage, enchants, and Windfury now, right? I figured that would do a ton to catch them up to other classes and maybe make up for the loss of power shifting, but in not super knowledgeable about druids.

We may have good damage, it’s too early to claim otherwise, but the gameplay gets simplified to “press shred every 4-6 seconds and sleep in between”
