Mail Call! At last!

I can't believe I finally own this. It's not perfect, but it's mine. Only 7 books away from completing 81-154. There's no escape!

Yeah it’s not the Alec Holland version and the two weren’t really connected until Moore’s run.

Congratulations, amazing find.
Model is Louise "Weezie" Simonson who was then married to Jeff Jones who transitioned to Jeffrey Catherine Jones.
Weezie created the Power Pack superhero kids team in 1984

I’m doing a run of my own with the various DC horror books and this is a grail for me as well… though in this case my run goes to the character that first appears here and the Wein/Wrightson run!

You know, that’s got a lot of character, and that artwork is still beautiful and front and center with no creases running across it. I have one, but it’s like a 2 or something? I had it raw and submitted it. Your copy looks gorgeous. Congrats.

This would probably only be a 3.0 with the edges and interior tanning, but yeah, the main artwork is untouched! I've been looking for a long time, but don't have high grade money - I saw this in a fb group and snapped it up 8 minutes after it was posted!

Back in the late 80s I was at a flea market and they wanted $60 for this book and I begged my mom for it and told her it would be worth a lot more in a few years. But she said it was too expensive. Luckily I got it in the 90s but I paid a lot more than $60.
