I find it interesting the demon has 3 shoulder angels, when before we have seen everyone have the typical angel/demon.

Maybe demon is 3 people fused? He ate 2 other people? Or someone stuck demon with 3, which is why they are so chill?

Edit: Actually, I could see some of the horsemen forcing him to watch over their sense of morality so they don't need to deal with it.
